Join us for Communicating Fire, the first event in the Communicating Climate Today series. Hear from bestselling author John Vaillant on the evolving relationship between fire and humankind.

This event will kick off our three-part series, Communicating Climate Today, with a compelling lecture by John Vaillant, the award-winning and bestselling author of The Golden Spruce and The Tiger. In this first installment, Vaillant presents a powerful narrative on the evolving relationship between fire and humankind, drawn from his latest work that chronicles a devastating wildfire and its broader implications for our world.
