I recently completed my M.A. in History at Memorial University, NL where I worked under the SSHRC-funded “Toxic Legacies Project” researching Arctic and sub-Arctic mine remediation. My major reserach paper focused on the regulation of toxins in Canadian air and water policy at Giant Mine in Yellowknife, NWT.
