Geographer Briony Penn makes rhetorical use of some forest history before outlining recent British Columbia policy shifts in pursuit of forest plantation biofuels production. She has written a detailed piece entitled “The Big Burn” for Focus Online: Victoria’s magazine of people, ideas and culture.
