Dr. Dagomar Degroot is a leading climate historian from Georgetown University. He has published several high-impact, award-winning books on environmental and climate history, including Ripples on the Cosmic Ocean, and he hosts The Climate Chronicles podcast.
He was most recently the Baruch S. Blumberg Chair in Astrobiology, Exploration, and Scientific Innovation at NASA and the Library of Congress.
Are are welcome to attend this Plenary Address of the Canadian History of the Environment Summer School, hosted by UPEI Climate School, The UPEI GeoReach Lab, and the Network in Canadian History and Environment (NiCHE).
No RSVP is required. Feel free to join the speaker and other summer school participants for an informal dinner outing after the event (pay on your own).
