Philip Enros recently published a book, "Environment for Science: A History of Policy for Science in Environment Canada" (https://www.amazon.com/author/philipenros). He is a former Director of the Science Policy Division of Environment Canada, having retired from the federal government in 2010 after 26 years spent in science policy. Before his career in Ottawa, Philip studied the history and philosophy of science and technology at the University of Toronto, obtaining a PhD in 1979. Philip now lives in Toronto.
