Daniel Heidt, PhD, is a postdoctoral fellow at the Frost Centre for Canadian Studies & Indigenous Studies (Trent University). His SSHRC funded research explores Canadian-American relations in the Arctic as well as how the development of gender, leadership, isolation, and scientific cultures at isolated stations impacted local operations.
