Matt Dyce and Jonathan Peyton
Matt Dyce comes from a background in Canadian studies, history, and geography. His research is centred on the environmental history of Canada, and the ways in which scientific knowledge of nature is created and shared through photography, survey, mapping, and archiving. He is currently an associate professor in the Department of Geography at The University of Winnipeg.
Jonathan Peyton works in environmental geography and political ecology and takes a cultural and historical approach. His research is concerned with the social and environmental effects of infrastructure megaprojects, extractive economies and energy production. He is currently an assistant professor in the Department of Environment and Geography at the University of Manitoba.
