I am an associate professor in the departments of Political Science and Geography, Geomatics, and Environment at the University of Toronto Mississauga (and the University of Toronto). I was born and raised on Treaty 4 lands in Saskatchewan and much of my research is tied to the grasslands ecosystem. Broadly speaking, I am interested in wildlife conservation politics, especially in Canada and the United States.
