Trouble With Audio Files?
Streaming the audio files requires that you have Flash enabled on your computer. Some versions of Internet Explorer do not allow you to use our audio player. If you see a small blue “Q” icon on the individual interview pages, you will not be able to use the player. You have 2 choices:
You can still listen to the file by clicking on the “Download the Interview” link. You can either listen to it right away by left-clicking on the link, or save it to your computer by right-clicking and selecting “Save as”. Depending on your internet connection speed, the first option may take several minutes.
You can switch from Explorer to the Firefox, Safari, or Chrome web browser, all of which support our audio player.
