Ryan O'Connor

Ryan O'Connor is a doctoral candidate in History at the University of Western Ontario. His thesis is on early environmentalism in Toronto, and its effect on the movement Canada-wide. He also writes "The Great Green North," a blog on the history of Canadian environmentalism. Ryan grew up in Cornwall, Prince Edward Island.

Alan MacEachern

Alan MacEachern is an associate professor in the same department as Ryan, and is the director of NiCHE: Network in Canadian History & Environment. He has long been interested in 1970s environmental issues on Prince Edward Island, as seen in his 2003 book The Institute of Man and Resources. Alan grew up in New Argyle, PEI.

Adam Crymble

Adam Crymble is the webmaster for the Network in Canadian History & Environment (NiCHE), and a graduate of the Public History program at the University of Western Ontario. He keeps a blog, "Thoughts on Public and Digital History,"

George S. Zimbel has had a long and impressive career in photography, as evident on his photo-website On 4 July 1971, he emigrated to Canada and established Bona Fide Farm in Argyle Shore, Prince Edward Island, where he lived until 1980. More of his Bona Fide photos can be seen on his website.
