“Early American Environmental Histories” workshop — CFP extended

Scroll this

Each year, the William and Mary Quarterly, USC’s Early Modern Studies Institute, and the Huntington Library team up to host a two-day, all-expenses-paid workshop in which mid-career scholars get and give feedback on works-in-progress. The workshop’s theme this year is “Early American Environmental Histories” and its convenor is longtime friend of NiCHE James Rice of Tufts University.

The call-for-proposals for the workshop has just been extended to 15 November — and I’m told that Canadian proposals are most certainly welcome. Consider submitting.
